To personally identify you and to contact you when we need to share test results with you. To provide you with repair/upgrade/design options. To request further information from you and to obtain your approval to carry out work. To inform you when the job has been completed and to provide you with any relevant follow up information. To send you electronic receipt(s) for paper-free billing options. In the interests of continuous improvement, we may request feedback on our performance from you with the option to leave us a publicly visible uncensored review.

Allows us to: 

• Run tests and diagnostics

• Run Anti-malware scans to check for the presence of viruses, spyware, bugware, ransomware, worms etc.

• Backup/recover/restore data to/from devices as necessary

Sharing of information

We do not share any of your personally identifiable information with anyone else.

Information Retention

• Job records are kept for a minimum of 6 years to meet HMRC record keeping requirements and for the provision of follow up and warranty services. 

• Any data you ask us to recover from a device is retained on a best endeavours basis for a period equal to the warranty period provided for the job. If you'd prefer for us not to retain any data, please let us know. Please note in this case, you should ensure you have your own robust backup mechanisms in place in order to safeguard any important information.
