We made the right decision to trust in Mr B! He is like Spiderman, the friendly neighbourhood superhero. He is very responsive, friendly, and accomodating. He shared helpful information on how best to look after the machine so it will not break easily and the aftercare. The charge for his service is very minimal and significantly cheaper vs the high street. We appreciate the most that he works past his normal hours in getting the laptop fixed within less than a day as my wife has an urgent deliverable. Thank you, Mr B, our own friendly neighbourhood hero! Highly Recommended!"
